Soffits sit underneath and close off the gap to the wall. When timber boards rot, the guttering can sag and water can get into the roof. We remove the old boards and fit durable uPVC fascias and soffits that give lasting protection and a clean, modern look. ### Rotten or peeling boards Soft, flaking timber that needs painting every few years. ### Sagging guttering Often a sign the fascia behind it has rotted. ### Homes having a re-roof The best time to replace them, while the scaffold is up. What happens if it waits ## Rotten fascias do more than look tired Once a fascia rots, gutter brackets lose their grip, gutters overflow and water runs down the walls. Birds and pests can also get into the roof space. ### Problems we often see - New uPVC fitted straight over rotten timber. - Guttering put back on without checking the boards behind it.
