It is durable, weather resistant and good value for money. We fit flat roofs on extensions, garages, dormers, porches and bay windows. Matt will look at your existing roof and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, repairing or can be overlaid. ### Leaking flat roofs Leaks traced and repaired, or the roof replaced if it has reached the end of its life. ### Water sitting on the roof Puddles that never drain are a sign the roof needs attention. ### New extensions and garages A new flat roof fitted properly from the start. What happens if it waits ## Flat roof problems are easier to tackle early Flat roof leaks aren’t always easy to spot. Water can travel beneath the roof covering before showing up as a damp patch or stain inside your home, potentially damaging the timber deck and insulation along the way. If your flat roof is showing signs of wear or letting in water, Matt can assess the problem, explain your options and recommend the right solution. Tackling issues early can help prevent further damage and avoid more costly work down the line. ### Problems we often see - A new layer laid over a rotten deck. - Patching the same leak year after year. - Roofs laid without enough fall, so water sits on them. How the job runs ## How we fit your flat roof - Step 1 ### Look at the roof We check the felt, the timber deck underneath and how the roof drains. - Step 2 ### Written quote You get honest advice and a detailed written quote. - Step 3 ### Install The three-layer torch-on felt system is laid, with the edges, upstands and outlets finished properly. - Step 4 ### Tidy up and guarantee All waste is removed and your 15 year guarantee is confirmed in writing. What you get out of it ## What you get ### A proven system Three-layer torch-on felt, known for its durability and weather resistance. ### Guaranteed for 15 years Every new flat roof comes with a written workmanship guarantee. ### Honest advice Replace, repair or overlay: we will tell you which is right for your roof. ### A tidy job Your home and garden left clean when we finish. In detail ## Our flat roofing services Every flat roof is different, so we will recommend the option that suits yours. ### New flat roofs The old roof is stripped, the deck checked and replaced where needed, and the new three-layer torch-on felt system laid with proper falls so water drains away. ### Flat roof overlays Where suitable, and depending on the condition of the existing roof, we can lay the new torch-on felt system directly over the existing surface. It is a cost-effective option when the roof underneath is still sound. ### Flat roof repairs Splits, blisters and leaks around edges and upstands repaired, so your roof stays watertight.
