Leaks do not always show up where the water gets in, so we take the time to find the real cause. Matt will show you what he has found, explain what needs doing and give you a written quote before any work starts. No job is too small. ### Leaks and damp patches Traced back to where the water is getting in, then fixed. ### Storm damage Slipped tiles, lifted flashing and loose ridge tiles put right. ### Small jobs A single tile or a short length of flashing is still worth doing properly. What happens if it waits ## Don’t let a small problem become a big one A small roofing issue can be easy to overlook, but even a minor defect can allow water in and cause damage over time. Roof timbers, battens and insulation can all be affected before the signs become obvious inside your home. Getting the problem assessed early can help keep repairs manageable and prevent unnecessary expense. Matt will explain what needs attention, what can wait and the most sensible way forward. ### Problems we often see - Sealant spread over a leak instead of a proper repair. - Fixing the stain on the ceiling rather than the cause on the roof. - Leaving a slipped tile until the next storm.
